The Gingerbread House Fundraiser is a one-day event to benefit Aurora Inc. The proceeds directly support the organization’s mission to create solutions to prevent and end homelessness in our community.

Teams ranging from professional culinary artists to amateur gingerbread house enthusiasts from our region compete by building “Food Network” style gingerbread houses set in their own holiday wonderland. Builders of all ages and skill levels are welcome to create a 3-person team to compete for the best in their division and also have the opportunity to win the “People’s Choice” award.

The public is invited to watch the all-day culinary challenge and vote for their favorite by donating dollars and cents for “People’s Choice”. Guests will also enjoy exciting local entertainment and celebrity announcers, a fabulous silent auction that includes items in a variety of price ranges, a fun-filled gingerbread workshop for kids, and other activities to celebrate the holiday season.
